Data Rights Request

1. Your Rights

Under various privacy laws (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA, TDPSA, OCPA, MTCDPA, LGPD, PIPEDA, Australian Privacy Act, and others), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Delete your personal information (right to erasure)
• Export your personal information in a portable format
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Withdraw consent
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
• Opt out of automated decision-making and profiling
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information
• Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

2. How to Submit a Request

Three options:

• Option 1 — Online form (preferred): Use the form below

Authorized agents may submit on your behalf with written authorization.

3. Identity Verification

To protect your information, we will verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We may ask you to confirm details associated with your account or to provide additional information. We will not use verification information for any other purpose.

4. Response Timeline

We respond to verifiable requests within 30 days (GDPR/UK GDPR/most U.S. state laws). For complex requests, we may extend by an additional 30 or 60 days with notice.

5. Deletion Specifically

When you request deletion:

• We delete your personal information from active systems within 30 days;
• We delete or anonymize information from backups in the ordinary course (typically within 90 days);
• We retain limited information where required by law (e.g., tax, accounting, fraud prevention, legal hold);
• We notify our sub-processors to delete copies they hold.

You may also self-delete your account at any time inside the app: Account Settings → Delete My Account.

6. Appeals

If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response. We will review the appeal within 45 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (EU/UK) or attorney general (U.S.).

7. No Fee

There is no fee for one request per 12-month period. We may charge a reasonable fee or refuse manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
