Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to AI-powered tools, prompts, training content, and software, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits except where required by law.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read this policy and agree that you are not entitled to a refund.

2. Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will continue to have access through the end of your current billing period. We do not refund partial billing periods.

3. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card network without first contacting us at hello@ashleynicolekirkwood.com, we may suspend your account pending resolution and may pursue collection of any chargeback fees.

4. EU / UK Right of Withdrawal

EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable law for distance contracts. By beginning use of the digital content immediately upon purchase, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun. You will be asked to confirm this at checkout.

5. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
